When you will be booked onto the campsite on the dates you would like to fish, then no prior arrangement is required (or indeed available). Swim availability is expected (but cannot be 100% guaranteed) to be able to accommodate all campers looking to fish on any date.
If you will not be camping, and don't have an existing arrangement in place with the fishing warden, please check with us before your planned attendance on 01273 493528, weekdays 8am—5pm.
All anglers must have purchased day tickets strictly before setting up on a swim. Tickets are available either at reception or directly from the warden.
Each and every angler aged 13 and over is required by law to have their own rod license, which is the responsibility of the angler (or guardian) to obtain in advance of any fishing with us.
Licenses can be purchased either online here, or in person at the post office.
You will be asked to produce rod licenses when purchasing day tickets, and unfortunately, we will have no option but to refuse the right to fish if you cannot produce the applicable licences at that point
Regular fishing hours are from 7am to dusk daily.
Night fishing is currently not available.
£12 | Per Adult | - up to two rods |
£10 | Per Junior | - up to two rods |
Juniors are classed as persons under 16 years old.
Note that we do not offer part-day tickets.
Each individual angler (juniors & adults alike) must be represented with their own day ticket. Although a day ticket does permit one angler to use two rods if they wish, note most importantly that it does not cover two anglers with one rod each.
All anglers need to bring their own equipment - there are no rods or other equipment available for hire or purchase.
