Fishing is only available for persons that are booked to stay on the campsite. No walk-ins.
Everyone that wishes to fish is required to first visit reception to purchase day tickets strictly before setting up on any swim.
Fishing tickets are not available to buy directly from the warden, or to reserve online at present.
Swims are allocated on a first come first served basis on the day. As fishing is for campers only, and where we have a large number of swims on offer, you can be sure we will be able to allocate you a spot even on the busiest of days.
Each and every angler aged 13 and over is required by law to have their own rod licence, which is the responsibility of the angler (or guardian) to obtain in advance of any fishing with us.
Licenses can be purchased either online here, or in person at the post office.
You will be asked to produce rod licenses when purchasing day tickets, and unfortunately, we will have no option but to refuse the right to fish if you cannot produce the applicable licences at that point
Regular fishing hours are from 7am to dusk daily.
Night fishing is currently not available.
